For cushion we provide 1 year of warranty.
When your cushion sinks in and do not bounce back then it is considered as manufacturing defect.
All cushions soften with regular use. Normal wear or normal usage is not covered under warranty.
On the upholstery there is no warranty.
Fibre-filled backs and armrests will gradually flatten with regular use.
